Fabrics Are My Love Language

Fabrics have always been my love language. Ever since I was a girl in Oklahoma. I learned how to sew in Girl Scouts.  I made a hot pink paisley mini dress. I paired it with hot pink patent leather and suede shoes and hot pink fish net stockings. Very 1970's.  I was ahead of my time.
I was hooked on fabric, sewing and clothes. I became a Master Tailor before graduating high school. I went to college to get an actual degree in Clothing & Textiles from Texas Tech.

If you could dream it, I could sew it.

That was a long time ago. A lot of life has passed since that young girl dreamed of a pink paisley fabric. Lots of horses ridden. Lots of cattle punched. Now this Vintage Cowgirl (me) dreams of rare western fabrics and jean jackets.

Western Couture to be exact.

If I can dream it. I can sew it.

It's all for the love of a fabric.

The love of real working cowgirls.

The love of a culture.

My true love......... the West.
